Overview
Passcodes are an alternate way to authenticate with Duo. These six-digit passcodes can be generated from the Duo mobile app, or by a hardware token if you do not have access to a smart device. Internet or cellular access is not required when using passcodes. Instructions on enrolling a hardware token or the mobile app can be found here.

Authenticating with a Mobile App Passcode
- Once signed in to the application with your credentials, you will be prompt by Duo to approve your second factor via a push to your smart device. Select Other options.
- Select the option for Duo Mobile passcode.
- To authenticate, launch the Duo Mobile app on your device and enter the six digit code shown into the field shown.
