Service Overview
Public Folder Auto-Reply can be setup in Office 365 so a departmental email address will automatically send a reply email in response to any new email received. This will let the customer know that their email was received.
As of November 1, 2019 we no longer create new public folders, as we have transitioned to Shared Mailboxes. The Auto-reply feature may only be applied on an existing public folder.
