Service Overview
The TLC offers high-end cameras (DSLR, video, GoPros), audio recording equipment, lighting equipment, and accessories available for three-day checkout. Camera equipment is available to all current faculty and students and is available upon walk-in (no appointment needed). When checking out equipment, a TLC staff member will ensure that it is in working order and will provide a short overview of the equipment and tips on how to use it, if needed. Renewal is available on a case-by-case basis. Failure to return the item will result in a fine, imposed at a rate of $25.00 per day, per item. Priority checkout will be given to those with projects for credit-earning classes. Please visit the link in the sidebar to see our full catalog of equipment.
The TLC is in Room 212 on the 2nd floor of Boatwright Library and is open weeknights and weekends during the school year to make it easier to access equipment. See our full hours to plan during holidays or to plan for sudden changes in building access.
