How to Set Password Reset Questions

Overview

Password Reset Questions can be set on Network Accounts through the Network Account Management site. Adding password reset questions will allow you to call the Help Desk to reset you password, otherwise you will need to visit the Help Desk in Jepson Hall G-19 with your picture ID to reset your password.

Details / Instructions

  1. Navigate to https://webpass.richmond.edu and login with NetID and network password.
  2. Click on the button for Password Reset Questions.
  3. Select three different questions and provide answers.
