How to Set Security Questions


Security questions can be set on Network Accounts through the Network Account Management site ( 

Security questions may be used if you need to contact the Help Desk, in the event that you are unsuccessful in using self-service password reset ( Without security questions, you will likely need to visit the Help Desk in Jepson Hall G-24 with your picture ID to reset your password.
