Workday Mobile Language Options

Overview

This job aid provides instructions on changing your language settings in Workday Mobile. 

Details / Instructions

  1. Log into the Workday App using your UR Network ID and password
    • Authenticate using DUO Multi-factor Authentication (Click here for instructions on using DUO.)
  2. Select the profile icon in the bottom right of the main screen (below)
  3. On your profile page, select the gear in the top right of the screen (below)
  4. From Settings, select Global Preferences to select your preferred display language
    • Select your language from the list or type in the search bar to begin searching, and click Done.
  5. Follow the instructions to sign out and sign back into Workday Mobile to save changes
