Overview
This job aid provides instructions on changing your language settings in Workday Mobile.
Details / Instructions
- Log into the Workday App using your UR Network ID and password
- Authenticate using DUO Multi-factor Authentication (Click here for instructions on using DUO.)
- Select the profile icon in the bottom right of the main screen (below)
- On your profile page, select the gear in the top right of the screen (below)
- From Settings, select Global Preferences to select your preferred display language
- Select your language from the list or type in the search bar to begin searching, and click Done.

- Follow the instructions to sign out and sign back into Workday Mobile to save changes
