Overview
Office 365 has two versions of the Microsoft Outlook (email) client, legacy Outlook and new Outlook. Your computer may switch automatically to new Outlook on your computer with or without notice to you. New Outlook has a number of known compatibility issues with our environment. At this time we recommend using legacy Outlook.
You are able to switch between legacy Outlook and new Outlook at any time. Switching from new Outlook to legacy Outlook will not cause any email or data loss.
