How to Configure Your Email Account on Your Devices (Faculty/Staff)

Overview

Faculty and Staff can add their University of Richmond O365 account to Outlook or the built-in Mail app on a variety of different devices. Instructions below will walk you through how to add the email account depending on the device and app of your choosing.

NOTICE: In order to protect your personal information and improve system security, University of Richmond is in the process of implementing Multi-Factor authentication (MFA) using Duo on University email accounts. If MFA has already been deployed to your department, or you opted in to using MFA for email early, you may be prompted to authenticate with Duo when adding your email account to your device.
