Overview

Faculty and Staff can add their University of Richmond O365 account to Outlook or the built-in Mail app on a variety of different devices. Instructions below will walk you through how to add the email account depending on the device and app of your choosing.

NOTICE: In order to protect your personal information and improve system security, University of Richmond has implemented Multi-Factor authentication (MFA) using Duo on University email accounts for all active students, faculty, and staff.
