Instructions for how to access your O365 email account using Outlook for Mac

Details / Instructions

  1. Go to Outlook Preferences > Accounts. 
  2. Click on "+" and select New Account
  3. Enter your richmond.edu email address anc click Continue
  4. A Microsoft signin window will appear. Enter your network password and then click Sign In
  5. You will get a notification that the account has been added. Click Done.
  6. Outlook will start to sync the email account.
