Add or Update a Constituent (All One-Off Requests)
This form replaces the asadmn and advobit inboxes. Use this form to provide updates to a constituent’s contact information, employment information, or relationships; and to let us know when a constituent is deceased, when duplicate records need to be merged, or when a new constituent needs to be added.
Data Imports, System Options, and Bulk Changes
This form should be used when you need to create a new data point in ArachNet like a new attribute or volunteer type; when you need us to make a bulk change like applying that new attribute to a list of individuals or adding an interaction to a list of individuals; or when you have a large scale data clean-up project.
