Add or Update a Constituent
This form should replace most of the types of requests you submitted through asadmn or advobit. You may still use the “Bio update add” feature within ArachNet to provide updates to a constituent’s mailing address, email address, and/or phone number. Alternatively, you can submit those updates here. You should also use this form for other types of updates such as to a constituent’s employment information or relationships; to let us know when a constituent is deceased; when duplicate records need to be merged; or when a new constituent needs to be added.
Bulk Updates and Clean-Up
This form should be used when you need to create a new data point in ArachNet like a new attribute or volunteer type; when you need us to make a bulk change like applying that new attribute to a list of individuals or adding an interaction to a list of individuals; or when you have a large scale data clean-up project.
