Service Overview
The Technology Learning Center has audio/video rooms available for reservation that offer a myriad of different resources fit for many tech needs. Each AV room comes with a Mac equipped with the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite; each of our five AV rooms also has slightly different equipment to fit more specialized needs. Our AV rooms are available to all current students and faculty, but priority is given to multimedia projects for credit-earning classes.
What can you do?
- Edit video in iMovie or Premiere Pro
- Record and edit simple audio or voiceovers in Audacity
- Edit audio with Audition
- Graphic design using Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign
- Screen record with Camtasia
What will you find?
- 27-inch iMac and a secondary monitor
- Blue Yeti microphone
- Equipment for digitizing video from DVD, VHS, and miniDV tape (room specific)
- a TLC staff member upon request
- Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro, Audacity, and Handbrake
