The Computer Help Desk will assist you with warranty and non-warranty repairs to your computer.

Getting Started
PCs
If you have a University of Richmond PC issue, the Help Desk handles all warranty repairs through Attronica Computers. Please notify us of the issue and we will repair the computer.
If you have a personal computer that is still under warranty, you should bring it to the Help Desk and we will assist you with contacting the warranty provider, running diagnostics, and providing support for replacing the parts.
If you have a personal computer that is not under warranty, you should bring it to the Help Desk. We will run diagnostics, identify the parts needed for repairs, contact you with the information for how and where you can purchase those parts. If you purchase the parts needed, we will do the repairs to the computer for you.
Macs
If you have a University of Richmond Mac issue, the Help Desk handles all warranty repairs. Please notify us of the issue and we will repair the computer.
If you have a personal Mac still under warranty, we will assist with identifying and diagnosing the problem. Once identified, we will refer you to the Apple store for the actual repair.
If you have a personal computer that is not under warranty, you should bring it to the Help Desk. We will run diagnostics, identify the parts needed for repairs, contact you with the information for how and where you can purchase those parts. If you purchase the parts needed, we will do the repairs to the computer for you.
