All smart devices, including but not limited to smart TVs, game consoles, and IoT devices, must first be registered before they can connect to the wired/Ethernet or Richmond wireless network.

Getting Started

Before submitting the registration form, please make an initial connection of your device to the Richmond wireless network. NOTE: This initial connection will fail. Once you've done that, submit the Registration form to start the process for registering your device on the network.

The MAC address for your device is required to be able to complete the registration. If you are unsure how to find the MAC address, please follow the instructions in the Knowledge Base for how to find the MAC address.

If the MAC address provided in the ticket is correct and has made an initial connection to the network, the registration process should take about 30 minutes and you will be notified once it is complete.
