How to Set Email Forwarding (Students, Retirees, Alumni)

Overview

Email forwarding is available for students, retirees and alumni to forward their @richmond.edu emails to a personal email address. When email is set to be forwarded to a personal address, the email bypasses their @richmond.edu gmail inbox and only gets delivered to their personal address.

Details / Instructions

Students

Students can set email forwarding on their accounts through the Network Account Management site: 

  1. Navigate to https://webpass.richmond.edu
  2. Login with your NetID and Network Password. 
  3. Authenticate with Duo Mobile (if prompted).
  4. Click button for Email Forwarding. 
  5. Enter the address for your email to be forwarded to and save the changes. 

*This above steps will also work if a Student wants to remove email forwarding.

Retirees & Alumni 

Retirees & Alumni can contact the help desk to request email forwarding through self-service, email (helpdesk@richmond.edu) or phone (804-287-6400).
