How to Set Email Forwarding (Students, Retirees, Alumni)

Overview

Email forwarding is available for students and alumni to forward their @richmond.edu emails to a personal email address. When email is set to be forwarded to a personal address, the email bypasses their @richmond.edu gmail inbox and only gets delivered to their personal address.

Students and Retirees

Students and Retirees can set email forwarding on their accounts by through the Network Account Management site: 

  1. Navigate to https://webpass.richmond.edu
  2. Login with your NetID and Network Password. 
  3. Click button for Email Forwarding. 
  4. Enter the address for your email to be forwarded to and save the changes. 

Alumni

Alumni can add or edit the email forwarding through the alumni credential service portal. 

  1. Navigate to https://alumni-portal.richmond.edu/alumni/.
  2. Login with your NetID and Network Password. 
  3. Click button for Reset/Edit Forwarding
  4. Enter the address for your email to be forwarded to and save the changes.
