Why is my software from last term now missing?

Overview

In the Summer semester, all computer systems across all University Public Classrooms/Labs are wiped clean and reloaded with a new image. As a result, any requested software from the previous academic year may not be reinstalled installed.

All specialized/departmental software needs to be requested prior to the start of the semester.
