Why is my software from last term now missing?

Overview

In the Summer semester, all computer systems across all University Public Classrooms/Labs are wiped clean and reloaded with a new image. As a result any requested software from the previous academic year will not be installed.

All specialized/departmental software needs to be requested by the deadline prior to the Fall semester. 

Specialized software once loaded remains on the systems until the following Summer.
