Overview
Some Ricoh printers require a user code for authentication. If you are printing to a Ricoh printer that requires a user code you will be able to install the printer on your computer and have it available as a printer option when printing, however it will not successfully print without the user code.
Please note: You must be setup as a user in the printer address book. If you are a new user to the printer please contact the help desk to be added (helpdesk@richmond.edu or 804-287-6400).
