Service Overview

  • New User Access: Requests to provide new users (e.g., faculty, staff, or students) access to Workday.
  • Role Changes: Changes to existing roles or access levels for users, such as promoting a user to an admin role.
  • Deactivation Requests: Removing access for users who have left the institution or no longer require access.
  • Additional Workday Permissions
