Service Overview
Application owners of academic servers and/or HPC clusters as well as users on shared systems can request software to be installed or upgraded. While some software can be installed by the user in one's own home folder, some applications must be installed by a system administrator and can be requested using the associated form. Please note that it is important for the requester to be knowledgeable of the software and its role on the system because the requester and system administrator may need to work together to research the installation and configuration to meet the requester's needs.
Available To
Faculty and staff application owners of academic servers and HPC clusters. If you are an external collaborator with a UR faculty or staff member, the UR collaborator should submit the request.
