University Phones - Request Service

Service Overview

The TMSS Office provides services and support for University Office phones on campus. Some of the support services provided are as follows: 

  • Add a new phone to a location on campus
  • Move a phone to a different location on campus 
  • Remove a phone that is no longer needed
  • Name changes on the caller ID for an extension. This may be needed for new employees or employees who have switched offices, transferred to a new department, or have a new extension
  • Voicemail password resets
  • Request EC500 so you can have your office phone and cell phone ring at the same time. This feature is only available for multi-line office extensions.
  • Add Long Distance
