Service Overview
A list of current major incidents or outages can be viewed from the Information Services - News and Alerts page. If you would like to receive updates or notifications for any open issues or outages, you can submit a ticket.
This should not be used to report a new issue or request a service.

Getting Started
Fill out the submit a ticket form. Be sure to include the Ticket ID for the Major Incident that you would like to receive updates and notifications for.
You will only receive updates for tickets that have not already been resolved or closed.
