Password Change

Service Overview

Network Passwords will automatically expire after 1 year. Individuals can change their network password at any time before their password expires through the Network Account Management site. 

If a password has already expired, you must contact the Help Desk to do a reset on the password.

Getting Started

Navigate to https://webpass.richmond.edu and login with NetID and network password. Click on the button for Change Password
