Service Overview

TMSS supports the installation and use of public displays that are used to share digital images, video, web pages, weather data, and text. The University has standardized on the use of the Visix Digital Signage platform Signage Suite. TMSS works directly with departments that are interested in the use of digital signage to consult, propose, and ultimately install and maintain, digital signage locations. 

It is the responsibility of the department, or sponsoring organization, to develop and maintain the content. 

Most of the signage locations on campus are also tied to the Rave emergency alert system, and may be “taken over” to display situation specific information, depending on the specific event.

Getting Started

Submit the Request Consultation form if you are considering a new digital signage location for your department, or want to add additional displays to your existing signage location.

Issues and Questions

If you have an existing Digital Signage location that is not working, please use the Report a Problem button.

If you need assistance with a feature or want to change how information is shown on your display, please use the Request Assistance button.

Request Consultation
If you are considering a new digital signage location for your department, or want to add additional displays to your existing signage location, you can request a consultation with our TMSS department.
Request Assistance
If you need help with a feature, or want to make changes to the way information is shown on your display, you can submit a ticket to our TMSS department.
Report a Problem
If an existing digital signage location is not working properly, or is displaying any unusual messages, submit a ticket to our TMSS department.
