OnBase - Report an Issue

Unity Client

If you are experiencing an issue with OnBase, the first thing you want to try is restarting your OnBase client. In the system tray next to the clock there is a small OnBase icon. Right click on the icon and select Exit OnBase (illustration below).

Restart OnBase and attempt your task again, if you are still experiencing an issue, click on the “Submit a Ticket” button located on this page. Please provide any as much detail as possible including, which client you were in when the issue occurred, what action you were attempting to perform when the error occurred and a screen shot of the error if applicable.

Web Client

If you are experiencing an issue with the OnBase Web Client, please close your web browser (all tabs) and relaunch the OnBase Web Client from a new session. 

If you are still experiencing an issue, click on the “Submit a Ticket” button located on this page. Please provide any as much detail as possible including, which client you were in when the issue occurred, what action you were attempting to perform when the error occurred and a screen shot of the error if applicable.
