Service Overview
OnBase access is controlled by active directory groups that are assigned to each user’s profile. Each department (e.g. Financial Aid, Accounts Payable, etc..) has a manager or supervisor with the ability to assign access to their departments OnBase documents.
Available To
OnBase is available to all Staff, Faculty and Student Workers with a valid URID and access to the internal network. However, the ability to view, update or add content is managed by each department
Getting Started
Have your manager contact the appropriate department managers for which access to OnBase is needed. (e.g. Accounts Payable = Fran Williams)
