Overview
Apple devices running with iOS 17 will no longer function properly with Duo Mobile Multifactor Authentication after January 21, 2027. Affected users are required to update to iOS 18 or newer, replace the device with a compatible one, or request a Duo Hardware Token.
Details / Instructions
Option 1) Upgrade to iOS 18 or newer by opening Settings, tapping General and then Software Update. Expand the list below to see all devices which are compatible with iOS 18.

Option 2) Replace your device with a compatible one and Reactivate Duo on the replacement device.
Option 3) Request a Duo Hardware Token.
