Duo Mobile End of Support for iOS 17 on January 21, 2027

Previously, users simply approved or denied a login request by pressing a button in the Duo Mobile app. With Duo Verified Push, you will now be asked to enter a 3-digit verification code displayed on the sign-in screen into the Duo Mobile app before approving the request.

Recently Duo Mobile updated its servers and certifications requiring users to be running app version 4.85 or higher. Users who have not updated their app may have issues authenticating using the Duo Mobile App. This update affects both iPhone and Android devices. See below on how to update the Duo Mobile app.
