Accessing the Gemini Chat App

To install the Gemini chat app:

  • Navigate to Apps in the top navigation bar.

  • Click the plus sign to see available apps in the store

  • Select Chat (Powered by Google Gemini) and click "Install"

After taking the following steps, the app will now appear on your personal Apps page for future use.

Model Selection

The Gemini Chat App allows you to choose between several AI models. Each model offers different balances of speed, reasoning ability, and resource usage.

Available models include:

  • Gemini 2.5 Flash – Fast responses for general tasks and everyday questions.

  • Gemini 2.5 Pro – Advanced reasoning and higher quality responses for complex requests.

Preview Models
