Request for Information from Advancement

Advancement data is to be treated as confidential and may be subject to state and federal privacy protections. Information provided may only be used for the purpose stated in the request and approved by University of Richmond. Use for any unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to transmission to an unauthorized third party or use for any private, commercial, or political purpose is strictly prohibited.

Please provide as much detail as possible within the form so that we can ensure your output will meet your needs. The format will vary depending upon the nature of your request; typically mailing lists, for example, will be provided in an Excel file.

Please allow a minimum of two weeks for your request to be processed. This allows enough time for approval from University Communications / Advancement Communications if needed, and in case we need to clarify the specifications with you.

ArachNet / UR Online Support

Use this form to request assistance in ArachNet (e.g. a query or export you’re struggling with) or BBIS/UR Online (e.g. building an event registration page or email). You may also use this form to report an error or outage you’re experiencing in either system.
