User Management
Application owners of academic servers and/or HPC clusters as well as faculty users on shared systems can request updates for user management on their systems by submitting the Server User Management Request form.
Software Installation
Application owners of academic servers and/or HPC clusters as well as users on shared systems can request software to be installed or upgraded by submitting the Software Installation Request form.

When writing a grant or have funds for hardware or software needed for your intensive computing research, you will want to submit a Project Request to get started. We will typically gather your requirements, and manage the vendors from providing detailed quotes to installing the hardware.
