Getting Started
Due to the nature of virus and malware infections, it is required for you to bring your computer to the Computer Help Desk for service, Jepson Hall room G19. Please check our hours of operation prior to arrival. You may be expected to leave the device with the Help Desk based on the severity of the infection.
We will not be able to provide remote assistance for infected machines. Appointments are not necessary for this service.
