Overview
University phone voicemail may be forwarded to email by making a Telecom Service Request. Please use the instructions below to access and manage voicemail from your email.

After the voicemail to email integration is enabled all new voicemail messages will also appear in your email with an audio file attachment that you can listen to on your computer or personal device.
Open the email from your computer or personal device and click or tap "VoiceMessage.mp3" to play the voicemail on your device. 
- Clicking on "Dial" will prompt the voicemail system to return the call by first calling your number then connecting you with the return number automatically.
- Clicking on "UC Dial", "View", "Voice Message" or "Phone Playback" will open Avaya Voicemail Web Access on your web browser (login is required).
Note: Deleting the email will also delete the voicemail and your voicemail light will turn off. If you need to retain the voicemail for any reason do not delete the email.
