Overview
Beginning on October 6th, Information Services enabled Proofpoint End User Digests for all individuals with an @richmond.edu email address. Using links found in the digest, you will be able control the delivery and future behavior of spam messages. You will have the ability to release/deliver legitimate messages from the quarantine, allow senders, and block senders. You can also manage your settings directly via a web application to manually edit senders in your safe and block lists.
For the sake of consistency, we ask that you please remove any safe or blocked senders in O365 and use the End User Digest to control the flow of your mail.
The following instructions are for how to remove an email address or domain in your Blocked Senders or Safe Senders list for Microsoft 365 accounts. The instructions below only apply to O365 accounts for Faculty and Staff.
