  • HR Specialist - Perform HR transactions and basic HR functions for assigned organizations. 
  • Academic Faculty Partner -Perform academic faculty management functions for assigned academic units. Examples include creating and maintaining academic appointments, and viewing academic faculty setup data.
  • Manager - Perform functions such as approving time and travel expenses
  • Timekeeper - Adjust hourly employee timesheets and correct unmatched time blocks to streamline manager approvals.
  • Cost Center Manager - Budget manager responsible for transaction approvals, policy compliance, and reconciliations. This role cannot enter transactions except for budget accounting adjustments.
  • Cost Center Procurement Specialist 1 - The PCard holder for the department and has the ability to make routine purchases and requisitions. Has an understanding of basic purchasing rules. 
  • Cost Center Procurement Specialist 2 - Responsible for Purchasing Policy compliance within assigned cost centers. Conducts complex procurements often with related contracts and may have a PCard.
