How to install Innosoft Fusion

Overview

Innosoft Fusion is an application used by Recreation & Wellness staff for scheduling and operations. 

Details / Instructions

1) Visit https://urichmondclick.innosoftfusion.com/FusionSetup.aspx

2) Install all prerequisite software listed. 

3) Restart your computer after installing all prerequisite software

4) Return to https://urichmondclick.innosoftfusion.com/FusionSetup.aspx.

5) Click the green "Start" button to start the installation of Innosoft Fusion. 

6) Click "Install" when prompted and allow the install to finish. 

Note – If this is a shared computer, you will need to move the Fusion icon to the Public Desktop (c:\users\public\desktop\) so that all users can access the Fusion application. This is a hidden folder in Windows by default, you can navigate there by entering the address manually in File Explorer.
