Duo Hardware Token

If a user has a mobile device that runs iOS or Android, the easiest option is to use that device by installing and enrolling the Duo App. It is free and available from both the Apple (iTunes) and Android (Google Play) app stores.  However, if a user does not have a mobile device that supports the Duo App, they can request a Duo hardware token on the Request a Hardware Token page on SpiderTechNet. If you cannot access the request form, you can contact the Help Desk to receive and enroll one free Duo hardware token.

If a user wants a Duo hardware token to replace a lost/stolen token or as a backup for their mobile device, one can be purchased at the University Spider Shop.

Token Registration

Before a token can be used with Duo, it must be enrolled. See How to Enroll in Duo for instructions.
