Overview
If you are getting a Runtime error in Microsoft Office or Adobe products, use the following steps to fix the issue.
Details / Instructions
First make sure that all Microsoft and Adobe products are closed. Select the Apple logo in the upper left hand corner of the screen and then select Force Quit. Close all MS and Adobe applications.
Then open Self Service. You can find Self Service by selecting the magnifying glass in the top right corner of the screen, then searching for Self Service. Log in with your NetID and password.
Once signed into Self Service, select Fixes from the left hand side. Then select the Runtime error fix. Let it run. This should fix your issue.
