Overview
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to find your Timekeeper and other support roles in Workday.
Details / Instructions
Workday provides easy access to find individuals who are designated to help you when you need support. Timekeepers help facilitate the time entry and approval process assisting employees and managers with timesheet adjustments. You may need to contact your Timekeeper to correct your work hours if you missed clocking in or out during the day. Additional roles that may be helpful include Cost Center Managers, who are the main approvers for expense reports; HR Partners, who review updates to your personal and employment information; and the Student Employment Partner, for assistance with working in multiple jobs with the University. Please see the instructions below to view the full list of support roles for the assistance you may need.
- On the Workday homepage, select your worker profile icon in the upper right corner and then select View Profile.
- Select the Job tab.
- Click More and then select Support Roles.
- Upon clicking Support Roles, this page will display your assigned support roles, including your Timekeeper and any other relevant support contacts.
