Is my request a project request or a service request and how do I submit it?
A service request can typically be completed by one person within a few hours (e.g., a request to change an existing report).
A project request is typically more complex and longer in duration than a service request, has a larger impact or risk, and/or requires multiple personnel to accomplish. Examples may include: a request for new software or cloud application; an upgrade to an existing application or equipment; a data integration between new or existing applications; etc.

If you wish to request a project, please complete an IS Project Request. Please note that you will be prompted to sign into SpiderTechNet in order to submit your IS Project Request.
If you wish to request a service, please complete an IS Service Request.
