Self Service (macOS and iOS)

Service Overview

Self Service is an app pre-installed on all University owned and managed Macs that allows easy access to licensed or free software, printers, scripts, and various other services for your Mac. The Self Service app is also available on iOS for all University managed iPads and iPhones and provides access to free or IS purchased apps. Self Service is a part of the Jamf Pro suite that enables Information Services to manage your Mac and iOS devices.

Getting Started

Self Service is pre-installed and can be accessed in your Applications or by searching for the app in Spotlight. Once launched, you can login to Self Service with your University netID and password. On Macs, any relevant software, printers, or profiles that are assigned to you or your computer will be available inside the portal. For your iPhone or iPad you will see any apps that are available for you to install on your device.
