Overview
Duo Verified Push does not currently work with the Workday Mobile Application and may behave differently after the change. Note the instructions below for the appropriate mobile OS you use. NOTE: Access to Workday through a web browser works as normal, so if you experience an issue with the Workday Mobile app, you can use a web browser on a computer or your mobile device. Go to https://workday.richmond.edu to access the Workday website.

| 1. Open the Workday Mobile app. |

| 2. Select "University of Richmond" to sign in using your UR credentials. |
|
| 3. The Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication prompt will appear. Enter your UR credentials. |

| 4. The Open Duo Mobile prompt will appear. Select the "Open Duo Mobile" button on iOS or "Continue" on Android. |

|
| 4a. (ANDROID ONLY) The "Open Duo Mobile" prompt will appear. You must minimize your current screen and open the Duo Mobile app. |

| 5. The Duo Mobile app will open. NOTE: If the app does not open automatically, go to the app selection screen on your device and open Duo Mobile. You will be prompted to approve or reject the sign-on request. If you are certain you made the request, select the green check mark to approve it. |

| 6. You will be prompted to "Head back to your app." You can select the Workday back button in the upper-left corner on iOS, or return to the Workday app from the app selection screen on Android or iOS. |

| 7. Authentication will continue, and you will be able to access the Workday Mobile app. |
