Issue: When attempting to sign in, macOS will not accept your username and password and displays the error "Invalid credentials".
Resolution 1: You may not have signed into that Mac before or your network password has been changed since you last signed in. Switch to the Microsoft sign in by clicking the laptop icon in the upper right corner.

See ERROR: Your password does not match... above if you are prompted to enter a password after successfully signing in at the Microsoft prompt.
Resolution 2: Instead of using your NetID as your username, use your UR e-mail address without the @richmond.edu (e.g., jane.doe@richmond.edu would just use jane.doe).
