Overview

Workday utilizes Apps to group tasks with common functions. The My Team Management App includes access to view and take action on your direct reports. The App Menu is easily accessed from the Workday homepage.

Details / Instructions

Your Menu will consist of a set of common University of Richmond apps. You can customize the list to include the additional apps you use most. A few common apps for all managers include My Team Management, My Recruiting Jobs, Reports, Dashboards, and Expense Hub. Common actions within each app are listed below.

  • My Management Team
    • Access to update employee information
    • Initiate job changes, promotions, and transfers
    • Compare direct report employees by job, tenure, and pay details
  • My Recruiting Jobs
    • Create, submit and review job requisitions
    • Review applications
    • Schedule interviews and add interview notes
    • View Candidate Pipeline of all requisitions and candidate status
  • Reports
    • View available reports
    • Schedule a report to be delivered at frequency
    • View all created reports in the last 30 days
    • View, drill down and export reports with real time data
  • Dashboards
    • Access all available dashboards
  • Expenses Hub
    • Create and track expense reports
    • Create and track spend authorizations
