Splashtop SOS is a remote support tool that allows an Information Services technician to remote into your computer or mobile device to provide technical assistance.

Installation Instructions
Splashtop SOS is available for download for PC and Mac computers at https://splashtop.richmond.edu or https://sos.splashtop.com/ - when you visit this site the download should start automatically.
On University-managed Mac Computers, Splashtop is also available from the Self Service app, you can locate the Self Service app in Applications or by using the Finder.
On Android & iOS mobile devices you can use the above link or download the "Splashtop SOS" app from Google Play or Apple Store.
Once downloaded, double-click the app to start a session and provide the 9 digit code to your technician.
