How to Find your Game Console or Smart Device MAC Address

1. Download the Amazon Alexa app to your phone or computer and sign in with your Amazon account.
2. Connect to the wireless network transmitted by your Echo device.
3. The wireless MAC address for your Echo can be found at the bottom of the Echo Setup screen in the Alexa app.

1. Plug in your Amazon Fire TV stick into your TV
2. If this is the first time using this Fire TV device, the wireless MAC address will appear in the list of wireless networks during setup at the far-right of the list. If this Fire TV stick has been used in the past, navigate to Settings > System > About > Network and the wireless MAC address will be listed at this screen.

2. Select Internet > Console Information.
3. The wireless MAC address is listed under MAC Address. The wired MAC address is listed under LAN Adapter MAC Address

2. Select Internet > View MAC Address. The wired/wireless MAC address will be listed.

1. From the Playstation 3 main menu, select Settings > System Settings > System Information.
2. The wireless and wired MAC address will be listed on the screen.

2. The wired address will appear next to MAC Address (LAN Cable). The wireless MAC address will appear next to MAC Address (Wi-Fi).

1. On the Playstation 4 home screen, go to Settings > System > System Software > Console Information.
2. The wired address will appear next to MAC Address (LAN Cable). The wireless MAC address will appear next to MAC Address (Wi-Fi).

1. Go to the System area of the Xbox Dashboard and select Network Settings.
2. Select Edit Settings.
3. From Additional Settings, select Advanced Settings. The wired and wireless MAC address will be listed here.

1. On Xbox Home, navigate to the left until you reach Pins.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Network.
4. Select Advanced Settings.
5. Write down your Wireless MAC address.

If your Xbox requires an update and won't let you in, until you connect to a network, you can still find the MAC address by following the steps below: 

1. Connect to the Richmond Network, this attempt will fail. 
2. When it says there are connection issues, select "Let's fix it."
3. This will bring you to a page that lets you select wired or wireless. It should also include the wired and wireless MAC address. 

1. On Xbox controller, press the Xbox button
2. On the Profile & System menu, select Settings. 
3. Under General, select Network Settings. 
4. Select Advanced Settings. 
5. The wired and wireless MAC addresses will be listed here.

To locate your Insignia Smart TV wired MAC address you will have to navigate to the Network settings.

To navigate to the Network Settings follow these instructions

1. Press ENTER. The settings menu opens. (or press Menu)
2. Press ▲ or ▼ to highlight Network, Then press ENTER.
3. Press ▲ or ▼ to highlight WIRED, then press ENTER. (Note that the wired MAC address and the wireless MAC address are different)
4. The MAC address needed to register your Insignia Smart TV will be listed as either Ethernet Address or Wired MAC Address.

To locate your Samsung Smart TV wired MAC address you will have to navigate to the Network settings.

To navigate to the Network Settings follow these instructions

1. Press Menu.
2. Press ▲ or ▼ to highlight Network, Then press ENTER.
3. Press ▲ or ▼ to highlight Network Settings, Then press ENTER.
4. Press ▲ or ▼ to highlight WIRED, then press ENTER. (Note that the wired MAC address and the wireless MAC address are different)
5. Press ▲ or ▼ to highlight Network Test, then press ENTER.
6. The MAC address needed to register your Samsung Smart TV will be listed as either Ethernet Address or Wired MAC Address at the top of the screen.

To locate your Sharp Smart TV wired MAC address you will have to navigate to the Network settings.

To navigate to the Network Settings follow these instructions

1. Press the Menu on the remote.
2. Press < or > to highlight Initial Setup, then press Enter.
3. Press ▲ or ▼ to select Internet Setup, then press Enter.
4. Press ▲ or ▼ to select Network Setup, then press Enter.
5. Press ▲ or ▼ to select Connection Type, then press Enter.
6. Press < or > to highlight WIRED, then press Enter.
7. Press ▲ or ▼ to select IP Setup, then press Enter.
8. The MAC Address should be on the bottom of the page.

To locate your Sony Smart TV wired MAC address you will have to navigate to the Network settings.

To navigate to the Network Settings follow these instructions

Older TVs

1. Press the Home button.
2. Use the arrow keys to scroll to Settings, then press Enter.
3. Use the arrow keys to scroll to Network Setup, then press Enter.
4. From the menu, select Wired Setup, then press Enter.
5. Click on Network Setup – Status and the MAC Address should be on the screen.

Newer TVs

1. Press the Home button.
2. Use the arrow keys to scroll to Settings, then press Enter.
3. Use the arrow keys to scroll to Preferences, then press Enter.
4. Use the arrow keys to scroll to Setup, then press Enter.
5. Use the arrow keys to scroll to Network Setup, then press Enter.
6. Click on Network Setup – Status and the MAC Address should be on the screen. Please ensure it says Wired and not Wireless.

To locate your Vizio Smart TV wired MAC address you will have to navigate to the Network settings.

To navigate to the Network Settings follow these instructions

1. Press Menu on the remote.
2. Press ▲ or ▼ to highlight the Network, then press OK.
3. The Network Connection menu displays.
4. Press ▲ or ▼ to highlight Manual Setup, Then press OK. The IP Settings menu is displayed.
5. At the bottom of the menu the RJ45 MAC addresses is displayed. (Do not register the wireless MAC address)
