Help Desk support for personally owned computer systems - Back to School

 

To: faculty, staff, retired faculty/staff and Osher students

As the school year approaches the Help Desk will be focusing on support for University-owned computers (faculty/staff, classrooms, labs and student public computing spaces) as well as helping students get their computers and mobile devices on the network.  We will also be providing support to classes getting under way for the Fall 2022 semester.

During this busy time the Help Desk will not have the capacity to provide assistance with personally owned computers owned by faculty, staff, or retirees.  We expect to resume support for these systems by late September, and will follow up with a community SpiderByte.
