Service Overview
Specialty software, or non-standard software, is defined as software needed for a specific discipline, or job function; examples include products that support statistical analysis, document publishing, or high-end graphic design. Some products are already licensed for the whole enterprise; some products must be purchased by the individual user’s department. The Digital Tools and Software Library is a great resource for viewing details, such as licensing or costs, associated with common specialty software titles used across campus.
